Our Most Popular Blogs in 2015, Add Your Voice to #Reclaim Honor, Help Name AHA’s Campus Program

unnamed

Dear AHA Foundation Supporter,

Happy 2016 from all of us at the AHA Foundation! First up this month, we take a quick look back at AHA’s most popular blogs in 2015. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to connect with women and men who used their voices to make a difference in the fight against honor violence in 2015. Read their powerful stories of survival and calls to action that shed light on alarming, recently-published facts about honor violence in the US.

Also this month, we want to hear from YOU: why is preventing honor violence important? What does it mean to you? Send your comments and photos via Facebook and Twitter using the hashtag #ReclaimHonor. Your submissions will be featured on our website and across our social media platforms. This simple act – your selfie – will help us raise awareness about the importance of this fight and the urgency to act.

Last but not least, to tap into the energy and determination of students at US campuses, we will soon launch a program specially designed for high school and college students. But to name this program, we want your help! Send your ideas to info@theahafoundation.org or share them on our social media pages with the hashtag #AHAcampus by March 1, 2016. The supporter who suggests the name we select for our upcoming campus program will receive a thank you present including a signed trilogy of my books, InfidelNomad and Heretic. Anyone can send in a submission, we can’t wait to hear from you.

Thank you,
