The New York Times reports on an all-female prom at a school in Michigan for Muslim girls that boys were not permitted to attend. The New York Times reporter, Patricia Leigh Brown, celebrates the event, but this type of gender segregation–encouraged by Islamist views–is not something worth celebrating, either in the United States or abroad.
