Muslim Somalis in Minnesota have actively cooperated with federal officials in terrorism investigations: a large part of the credit goes to Abdirizak Bihi, a Somali community leader in Minneapolis who persevered despite opposition from the Council on American-Islamic Relations and hostile mosque leaders.
