More than 500,000 US Women and Girls at Risk for FGM

ABC News speaks with *Sarah, a victim of “vacation cutting” where a girl is taken overseas for the purpose of undergoing female genital mutilation (FGM). The Population Reference Bureau finds that more than 500,000 women and girls in the US are at risk of FGM, some of whom will be taken abroad for the procedure.  Read more:
